Dear Friend,
Understanding your options for health insurance can be a complicated and frustrating process, but health care is a primary concern for all of us. That's why I'm pleased to partner with Get Covered Illinois and the Illinois Department of Insurance to present a virtual forum where you can learn about your options through the Affordable Care Act marketplace.
The forum on Facebook Live will include time for a question-and-answer session.
WHAT: Virtual Town Hall: "Finding the Best Health Care For You and Your Family"
WHEN: 6 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 6
WHERE: State Senator Steve Stadelman’s Facebook Live
If you are in need of health insurance or have questions about coverage, I encourage you to join me and my knowledgeable guests. I also encourage you to forward this message to anyone you think might benefit from a better understanding of what Get Covered Illinois, our state's marketplace, has to offer.
Sincerely,
Steve Stadelman
